About Jill

My Background
After working for over 25 years in the field of training, development and performance improvement in the Criminal Justice sector I was made redundant and I decided on a change of lifestyle.
I bought a small village post office and ran it for the next seven years. In my spare time I continued to develop my interest in the mind-body connection and the untapped potential that we all have to heal and restore ourselves.
My interest in personal development and the capacity of people to adapt and make positive changes in their lives, remains my passion.

In 2018, I qualified as a Clinical Hypnotherapist with the NCFE Hypnotherapy Practitioner Diploma at Life Clinics Training, the Abbey Place Clinic in Faversham.

I also hold a BSc (Hons) (Biological Sciences) and MSc (Human Resource Development).

I am a registered member of the National Council for Hypnotherapy and I work to their Code of Ethics and Professional Standards.

In my spare time I love to relax by walking with my dogs and spending time with my family, and I enjoy yoga, Pilates, and meditation.

Hypnotherapy helped me to recover as a victim of a traumatic crime that left me anxious and afraid to be in my own home.  I found a hypnotherapist who I felt comfortable with, someone I could trust. In six sessions she helped me to relax and overcome my anxiety, I felt stronger and more self-confident and most importantly I was happy to live in my home again. I still remember the crime, but I don’t have those awful feelings anymore.
